The Department for Energy & Climate Change (DECC) have announced today the revised Feed in Tariff rates for the period August - October 2012.

These changes are great news for Domestic, Commercial and Agricultural customers who are looking to make wise energy decisions, whilst also benefiting from some degree of government support.

The tariff has now been banded, based on system size, with rates starting from 16p for every unit generated and lasting for 20 years.

Domestic customers will continue to benefit from a tax free income, payable each quarter, whilst all customers will see a 40% increase in export tariff rates.

These changes come into force for any installation completed from 1st August, so there is still time to get the higher rates and 25 year term by contacting Puragen today.
